This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for receiving refunds from KTBYTE Computer Science Academy for courses offered by us. By enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.
Refund Eligibility:
We offer refunds for our courses if your schedule changes or if you are dissatisfied with the course content.
A full refund will be granted if the request is made at least 48 hours before the start of the first lesson. The refund can be issued either as a credit to your credit card or as KTBYTE credit, with no cancellation fee.
Once a course is in session, the refund will be determined based on the number of lessons that have been taught.
If the refund request is made after the course has begun, a US$50 processing fee will apply to credit card refunds.
If the refund request is made after half of the course has been taught, refunds will only be provided as KTBYTE credit.
If you request a price adjustment due to a mistake on your part (for example using a smaller discount than we have available) we can offer you the price difference as KTBYTE credit but not as a credit card refund.
We do not offer refunds on products with no lesson times, including study materials and competition registrations.
When a refund is requested before the first lesson you will receive the full amount you paid as either KTBYTE Credit or a credit to the payment method you used.
If the refund request is made after the course has started, the refund amount will be calculated based on the number of lessons conducted. The US$50 processing fee will be deducted from credit card refunds. To request a refund at any point after the course has started please fill out the refund form linked above.
For refund requests after half of the course has taken place the refund will only be awarded as KTBYTE credit.
KTBYTE credit refunds requested within the first half of this course can later be transferred to your credit card with a US$50 processing fee, as long as this request is received within 6 months of the original payment. You can transfer KTBYTE credit to other families at any point for no additional fee.
